Dance-O-Rama
Spanning 2 to 4 days, these competitions are an extension of a Showcase, but incorporate additional events, social outings, professional floorshows & international judges.
Held locally and interstate, DORs are not only for seasoned competitors but also for beginners who wish to try their hands at a professional competition.
For the very first time in Arthur Murray history, Arthur Murray International hosted its first Dance-O-Rama right in our own backyard in September 2019.
Held at Sydney’s magnificent Shangri-La Hotel, the spectacular dance event featured students from all corners of the globe, including Italy, Japan, Taiwan, Canada, USA and of course Australia! Students competed in their standard of dance in a total of 39 different dance genres and styles.
Arthur Murray Crows Nest was victorious, being awarded the Top Studio for the event, along with an astronomical total of 20 Top Student Awards!
